I’m a kiwi. That means I come from New Zealand. Have you heard of it? It’s a beautiful country filled with friendly people. You can get there from Spain by digging a hole straight through the centre of the earth. I prefer to fly though. It’s much faster and your fingers don’t get dirty.
I’ve lived and worked in eight countries over the last thirty years. Half of those countries were in the Far East, the other half in the west. Today my home is Mallorca in the beautiful Balearic Islands, Spain.
Here is the journey so far …
Not so long ago, I co-founded a business that turns plastic waste into homes, schools and clinics. It’s won a few awards. One of those awards came from a member of the British royal family.
Building a business that was awarded global entrepreneur of the year at the Pitch@Palace event from 25,000 businesses worldwide was very cool indeed.
Today, after years spent successfully raising venture capital for the purposes of launching and building companies - now I help people do the same.
Every challenge is an opportunity, every milestone a celebration, and every success a testament to the power of bold ideas and relentless determination.
On a personal level, I have a deep interest in businesses whose products or services improve lives or improve our world. There’s a lot to be said for people and companies that do well by doing good.
